Position:

**Responsibilities:

- **

**Supervise Production Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to production technicians, monitor their performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

**Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with the production planning team to develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures and inspection procedures to ensure that products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, equipment upgrades, or workflow modifications to increase productivity and reduce costs.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and motivate a team of production technicians to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and competencies of team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
- **Education Level:

- **Post PG / Doctoral Level (Diploma Course(s)), Post Graduate Level (Diploma Course(s)), Under Graduate/Post School (Diploma Course(s))
- **Gender:
