**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients in the NICU and PICU.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage respiratory distress, sepsis, low birth weight, prematurity, congenital anomalies, and other critical conditions.
- Perform and assist in emergency procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, central line insertion, and exchange transfusion.
- Monitor vital signs, review lab results, and make timely clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, intensivists, pediatric nurses, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding patient conditions, treatment plans, and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient records.
- Participate in daily rounds, mortality and morbidity meetings, and departmental training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
