We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who is not only results-oriented but also has a proven track record of achieving at least 50 lakhs of sales in a year. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our innovative IT solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B IT sales, with a minimum of 50 lakhs of sales achieved in a year.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel
