Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and attract qualified medical doctors through various channels, including job portals, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn), medical associations, and referrals.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating salary packages.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends and challenges in physician recruitment and the healthcare industry.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on hiring medical doctors.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of medical terminologies, various physician specialties, and the healthcare landscape in India.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to manage salary discussions and close offers effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. What We Offer:
