Position Overview: We are seeking a Medical Doctor with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us as a Co-Founder at TruVita Wellness. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who is passionate about advancing healthcare through technology and is eager to take on a leadership role in a high-impact, high-growth startup. As Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in both the strategic direction of TruVita and the clinical development of our AI-driven healthcare platform. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and refine TruVita’s vision, strategy, and business model to drive growth and innovation in digital health. - Clinical Development: Lead the design and integration of clinical protocols into TruVita’s AI Doctor and telemedicine solutions, ensuring they meet medical standards and deliver top-quality care. - Compliance and Safety: Oversee adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA requirements, and telemedicine guidelines to ensure that TruVita’s platform meets the highest standards of patient safety. - Patient Experience Optimization: Enhance the patient journey by providing clinical insights to optimize the AI Doctor (Avatar) interface, telemedicine booth experience, and wellness programs. - Thought Leadership and Advocacy: Represent TruVita in industry events, speaking engagements, and publications, and foster relationships with strategic partners, investors, and stakeholders. - Team Building and Mentorship: Support recruitment, development, and mentorship of a high-performing team to drive the company’s vision forward. Qualifications: - Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with an active, unrestricted license to practice - Entrepreneurial Drive: Prior startup experience or a deep interest in health-tech, digital health, or AI-powered solutions in healthcare. - Tech-Aware: Comfortable with health technology, AI, telemedicine, and data-driven platforms. - Patient-Centered: Strong commitment to enhancing patient care through technology and innovative healthcare models. - Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, investors, and healthcare providers to build trust and effectively communicate clinical requirements. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
