Job Summary:
The Butler at Rawls Salon is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients. This includes greeting clients upon arrival, offering refreshments, managing client needs throughout their visit, and ensuring the overall comfort and satisfaction of all guests. The Butler also supports the salon’s team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
- Escort clients to their designated areas, ensuring they are comfortable and aware of salon offerings.
- Offer and serve beverages, snacks, and other refreshments to clients as needed.
- Assist in preparing and tidying up salon areas, including waiting areas and stations.
- Answer client inquiries and provide information about salon services and offerings.
- Ensure that the salon's atmosphere remains pleasant, organized, and professional.
- Maintain client privacy and ensure that personal belongings are safely stored.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of salon services and products is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying light items such as trays, beverages, and towels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
