**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Graphic Design**
- Create visuals for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event collateral.
- Develop layouts and templates to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic.

**2. Brand Consistency**
- Ensure all design materials align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Continuously refine and innovate design elements to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

**3. Collaborative Projects**
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams to design presentations, reports, and other visual assets.

**4. Multimedia Content**
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital campaigns.
- Design infographics and data visualization to communicate complex ideas effectively.

**5. Market Trends and Research**
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into the brand strategy.
- Analyze competitors’ visuals to identify opportunities for differentiation.

**6. Asset Management**
- Maintain an organized library of design assets for efficient reuse.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while managing multiple priorities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in graphic design (preferably in a corporate or agency setting).
- Proficiency in design software, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
