**ob Title**: Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Create high-quality and innovative designs for a variety of materials, including websites, social media graphics, print ads, brochures, presentations, and more.
- Develop design concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements as needed.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all design work is consistent with the company’s brand identity and message across all platforms.
- Maintain and update brand assets and design templates as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet the needs of each department.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- **Digital Design**:

- Ensure designs are optimized for web and mobile, with a focus on user experience (UX) and responsive design.
- **Print Design**:

- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring all specifications (such as resolution, color modes, and bleeds) are met.
- **File Management**:

- Organize and maintain design files in an efficient manner, ensuring proper version control and easy access.
- Prepare final design files in the appropriate formats for both digital and print use.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay up to date with design trends, new software, and best practices in graphic design.
- Incorporate current trends and creative techniques into design work while maintaining brand integrity.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all design work is accurate, error-free, and high-quality before final approval and delivery.
- Review designs to ensure they meet the highest standards and are visually effective.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with web design, HTML/CSS, and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
