Job Title: Site Supervisor (interior fit outs)

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing interior fit - outs activities.

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.

Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within budget and timeline.

Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and reports.

Perform quality checks on materials, workmanship, and compliance with specifications. # Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, providing updates on project status and challenges.

Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction and interior fit - outs

Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment as needed.

Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address concerns.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical education is a plus.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction and interior fit - outs industry.

Familiarity with construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. # Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Basic knowledge of safety regulations and protocols. Attributes:
Collaborative team player. # Strong problem-solving skills.

Adaptability to changing project needs. # Prior knowledge of Interior fit-outs is a must.
