**JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Develop and implement an art and craft curriculum, as per CBSE guidelines.
- Plan and teach engaging lessons in painting, drawing and other craft techniques.
- Incorporate traditional and contemporary techniques into lessons to keep the curriculum dynamic and relevant.
- Design age-appropriate art projects and assignments that cater to diverse learning needs and skill levels.
- Maintain a positive and creative learning environment in the classroom.
- Ensure that students adhere to safety guidelines when handling art tools and materials.
- Encourage students to express themselves freely through their artwork while maintaining discipline and focus during lessons.
- Organize and manage art supplies, tools, and materials efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their artistic skills.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain records of students' work and progress.
- Organize student portfolios for review and ensure they reflect their growth and creativity.
- Coordinate and participate in art-related extracurricular activities such as art exhibitions, craft workshops, and school events.
- Encourage students to take part in inter-school and intra-school art competitions and activities.
- Organize annual school art exhibitions to showcase students’ artistic achievements.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.
- Set up and maintain a well-organized, inspiring art room with necessary tools, materials, and student works.
- Ensure that the classroom environment is conducive to creativity and learning, with adequate display areas for student artwork.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest art trends, teaching methods, and tools.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and courses to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge of art education.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Masters in Fine Arts / Bachelors in Fine Arts / Diploma in Drawing and Painting / Diploma in Fine Arts.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

3 to 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
