Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and sales teams
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of sales experience in the perfumery, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases
- Strong knowledge of perfumery products, market trends, and competitor activity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
