**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Looking for Associate Professors / Assistant Professors for MBA Program (Finance / Human Resource / Marketing / Operations).
- Actively publish research papers in the area of interest
- Support the accreditation and affiliation efforts.
- Mentor students in the Management programs
- Contribute and Cooperate with the other Departments and Committees in organising Seminars & Conferences, Training Programmes.
- Guide student projects at UG and PG levels, help them with reports, review articles, research papers, etc.
- For Associate Professors: PhD/MBA (FullTime) with minimum 8 years of experience
- For Assistant Professors: MBA with minimum 4 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
