**Role Description**:
**Minimum educational qualification**:B.Tech (Computer Science or IT)

**Work experience**:Minimum 3-5 years

**_Desired Experience: _**_Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports, SQL/Oracle Database_

**Core Responsibilities & Duties**:

- System admin (DBA) for ERP Application - SQL/Oracle Database
- Provide technical support and guidance to all end users
- Perform periodic system performance monitoring
- Create system backups as part of maintenance activities
- Manage system security levels
- Creation of Tables, Indexes, Functions and Stored Procedures in SQL Servers - Queries involving multiple tables inner/outer joins and various clustered/non-clustered indexes
- To be able to validate existing ETL packages and source/target records database
- Creation, Development and Deployment of SSIS packages in Production environment, based on the schemas for loading data - integrating data from different sources (like Flat Files and DB) into a data warehouse
- Development of Crystal reports and SSRS reports - Parameterized, Drilldown and Sub-reports based on requirements
- Handle issues related to Implementation of Software products and interfaces

**Key Performance Measures**:

- Writing and implementing efficient program codes/queries
- Turnaround time to address reported issues, and effective communication
