Role & responsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Ubuntu) and standard applicationsTroubleshoot hardware and software problems in person, remotely, or via phone/emailManage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active DirectorySet up and maintain workstations, including imaging and deploymentSupport video conferencing systems and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)Maintain inventory of IT assets and update documentation regularlyCollaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues and project deploymentsEnsure compliance with IT policies and security standardsAssist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues)Monitor and report network performance and connectivity issuesSupport configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls under supervisionMaintain IP address documentation and assist with DHCP/DNS configurationsCollaborate with network administrators on escalated issues and infrastructure upgradesPreferred candidate profileA practical and logical approach to problem-solvingStrives for team & individual goals, Proactive approach, Openness and flexibilityOrganization & presentation skills, good team working skillsEffective time management and organizational skills
