JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.The R2R associate is responsible for
- Preparation of month end journal entries
- Completion of the month end closing activities
- Preparation and processing of Fixed Asset activities
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Handling audit queries

2. Maintain quality, accuracy, and TAT

3. Managing client queries

4. Preparation and maintaining of Standard Operating Procedure.

5. Following up with various people/teams to clear the open items.

6. Team player and able to work as part of team.

7. Continuous improvement mindset is must.

**Requirements**:

- B.Com Graduate
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of accounting process.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Microsoft office skills
- Good communication skills in English (verbal / written)
- Should be open for shifts
