Job Title: Telecaller/Customer Service Representative
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Summary:
Meenakshi Speech and Hearing Clinics is seeking an experienced Telecaller/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delhi NCR. In this role, you will be responsible for handling leads, cold calling, and customer service inquiries. You will also need to have proficiency in computer skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Cold call potential customers to promote our hearing loss services.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer service oriented.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: ₹10,669.48 - ₹27,707.22 per month
