**Position**: Executive / Sr Executive Retail HR Retail HR (Store Hiring)

**Location**: Pune

**Experience**: 2 to 6 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles (Store Managers, Pharmacists, CSA, etc.).
- Collaborate with store and regional managers to address hiring needs effectively.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance for all new hires.
- Monitor hiring metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2-6 years of experience in recruitment (retail/FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹10,252.21 - ₹35,000.00 per month
