**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the DGM Maintenance in daily operations and technical tasks.
- Prepare, modify, and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and organize maintenance documentation, including manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery and equipment.
- Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the manufacturing industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,823.43 - ₹44,732.14 per month
