**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the prescribed class curriculum (by relevant board/dept)
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities tailored to students’ academic needs and learning styles.
- Maintain lesson plans and assess student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and analytical skills through classroom activities and discussions.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and development.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote a respectful and positive learning atmosphere.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other class related data.
- Support students in academic and personal development through targeted mentoring and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards, to attain desired learning outcomes among students**.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven teaching experience in middle and/or high school for atleast 2 years.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for classroom management.
- Ability to engage and motivate children & adolescents.

- Any other responsibility as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
