Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Create a welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and love for learning.
- Use play-based and participatory teaching methods to support children’s development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding child’s progress and development.
- Encourage positive behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Prepare learning materials, displays, and classroom resources.
- Participate in centre events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Follow centre policies and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teachers Training (NTT) / Montessori or a related field.
- Proven experience of min. 2 years as a Pre-Primary or Kindergarten teacher.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and educational best policies & practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, patience, and a caring attitude.
- Ability to manage a classroom with enthusiasm and discipline.
- Elementary computer skills for documentation and communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
