**Role Description**

The process involves input, investigation and correction where we have discrepancies related to accrual processing, record date balancing and payments processing to institutional counterparties on traded stock positions, stock lending positions and client positions over the EX and record date for voluntary & mandatory corporate actions.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Liaising between DBOI and onshore/ nearshore partners.
- Process day to day activities within the set benchmarks with mínimal error. Activities may include.
- Reconciliations of trade positions/ books for entitlements.
- Booking of new positions in various DB systems.
- Chasing counterparties on claims & initiating payments.
- Post Pay date reconciliation and file closure.
- Spend 50-60% of the time in actual transactions processing. Supervise day to day deliverables of the process and sub process assigned. Will the first point of contacts for escalations and aged breaks.
- Processing and supervising sub-processes and ensuring accuracy is maintained along with SLA and benchmarks.
- Taking ownership of the process and training team members along with provide automation ideas.

**Your skills and experience**
- Manage the workflow through the life cycle of Corporate action and Income products
- Strong risk and control awareness, including ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work on critical clients.
- Strong people management skills, ability to lead and motivate managers.
- Strategic thinking, able to review and implement process improvements ideas.
- Strong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products and process.
- Confident communication skills both internal and external clients.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Fixed income/claims/ Redemptions or Income.
- Fair Knowledge of Corporate actions and fixed income products.
- System Knowledge like TLM, CATS and DB trader, if possible.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
