Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

  • 4-11 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on corporate actions.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL, and MQ is required.
  • Strong understanding of different corporate actions and their implications on the market.
  • Experience in leading design and implementation of custom and product strategy based technical projects.
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to drive the entire implementation cycle.
  • Good SQL knowledge is essential for daily work.
  • Good understanding of North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage Operations.
  • Able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Aware of best practices and how own area integrates with others, aware of the competition, and factors that differentiate them in the market.
  • Collaborative work with all stakeholders – Management, Product, Development, QA, and BAU teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BTech/BE/MBA or equivalent discipline.
  • Previous experience in implementing, supporting corporate action products like TCS BaNCS and Aladdin is highly preferred.
  • Exp in user testing support, migration is highly desired.
  • Jira, Confluence working knowledge.
