Agriculture Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities of agricultural projects.

Ensure timely implementation of agricultural practices and processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to farmers and field staff.

Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure objectives are met.

Work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute strategies for crop management, pest control, and soil management.

Prepare reports on agricultural activities and share progress updates with senior management.

Conduct training and workshops to improve agricultural practices and enhance team knowledge.

Stay updated on agricultural trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MSc) in Agriculture or a related field.

Proven experience in agricultural project management or coordination.

Strong knowledge of crop management, pest control, and sustainable farming techniques.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in managing agricultural teams or projects.

Familiarity with local agricultural practices and challenges.

Proficiency in using agricultural software or project management tools.

Location: Bhopal

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Relevant Field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
