**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute the overall digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers.
- Optimize online content for search engines (SEO) and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- Develop and implement an inbound marketing plan to attract and retain customers.
- Forecast sales performance trends based on digital marketing activities and market research.
- Motivate and inspire the digital marketing team to achieve goals and deliver results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
