Ahmedabad, India Esmsys (Enterprise Service Management System) Full time

**Main Activities**:

- Understand and acquire thorough knowledge of various products of the company
- Maintain close contact with customers to know their requirement and close the sales
- Coordinate with sales team for setting up meetings/demo with customers and close the sales
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing the goals set out by the company

**What are we looking for**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati is a must, command over English and Hindi languages will be an added advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must
- Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly  Word, Excel, Outlook &  PowerPoint with excellent documentation skills
- Possess an ability to establish a rapport with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Good general knowledge as well as market knowledge of Real Estate sector in Gujarat will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- ELLISBRIDGE, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
