**1. Travel Planning & Coordination**
- Plan and organize detailed domestic & international itineraries.
- Book flights, hotels, transport, and handle visas, insurance, and travel documents.

**2. Personalized Concierge Services**
- Manage MD’s preferences (meals, seating, hotel amenities).
- Arrange VIP services, early check-ins/late check-outs, and private transfers.
- Suggest restaurants, leisure, and meeting venues.

**3. Logistics & Scheduling**
- Align travel with MD’s calendar for smooth transitions.
- Prepare detailed travel briefs and itineraries.

**4. Expense Management**
- Manage budgets, approvals, and maintain expense records.

**5. Crisis & Change Management**
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently.

**6. Liaison & Coordination**
- Act as main contact for travel partners, embassies, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with HR, admin, and personal assistants for scheduling.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
