As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver product presentations, explain features, benefits, and usage, addressing any queries or concerns.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Regularly review sales performance and report results to the manager.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to foster trust and maintain brand loyalty.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies for increased sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor products, and other market intelligence to the management team.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, visits, and orders in CRM or other relevant software.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of expenses, sales, and any issues related to the sales process.
- **Compliance & Ethics**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Uphold the highest professional conduct when dealing with healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a medical representative is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Other Attributes**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
