Job Location: - Chakan, MIDC Pune.
Nature of Duties & Responsibility:

- Strong skills in TOOL PROJECT, NEW TOOL DEVELOPMENT, TOOL DESIGN, TOOL MAKING.

Oversee the daily operations of the tool room.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to fulfill tool requirements.

Employee should handle Press Tools & Molds Die.

Handling dies breakdown analyses & solving.

Creates and maintains a tool room budget on supplies, Mold repairs

Manage tool room inventory and perform regular audits.

Shift arrange and manpower handling.

Maintain "Tool History".

Well handle Audit regarding documents.

Solving on line problem.

Capable for handling customer complaints.

Maintaining the Die history cards, PM check sheets and CLRI reports.

PM handling as per customer provided plan.

Handle KPI & routine improvements.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.

Should have knowledge in automobile and home appliances press tools.

Capable for online breakdown issues

Repair and maintain press tools ,die repairs

Attend break downs, identify fault and problem solve at the press with mínimal down time to aid production

Develop and enforce policies for tool usage and management.

Report break down root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.

Preventive maintenance of Dies and Fixtures.

Maintain tools history card, log and Spare parts.

Estimating the time required to design, process, manufacture, and inspect tooling components.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
