About Us:

We are a manufacturing unit with a dedicated Tools & Die room equipped with 3 CNC machines, specializing in the design and production of dies for coolers, mixers, juicers, and related products. Our team currently has 16 skilled employees working together to deliver quality output.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Tools & Die Maker to join our team. The candidate must be professional, disciplined, and capable of supervising ongoing work, ensuring quality, and maintaining the workflow in the tools & die room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture, assemble, and maintain dies, molds, and tooling components for appliances (coolers, mixers, juicers, etc.).
  • Apply strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes related to die making.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and work alongside the team of 16 employees.
  • Monitor daily activities in the die room and maintain proper records of work progress.
  • Ensure workspace safety, cleanliness, and proper machine usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to dies and molds.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure accurate and efficient output.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience as a Tools & Die Maker in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong expertise in die and mold making, fitting, and finishing.
  • Sound knowledge of CNC machining work (no direct operation required).
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preference for candidates residing near Sakinaka, Mumbai.
  • Freshers strictly not applicable.
