Tasks
- As a PEGA Architect, canddiate would be responsible for driving the BPM strategy along with customer stakeholders
- He/She will be working as a team player and will also mentor and coach junior Pega developers and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- He/She should provide innovative approaches to the existing design with the new features available in the Pega.

Skills and qualifications
- Should be Pega certified Systems Architect (PCSA)
- Strong experience in design patterns and transaction management, with a focus on PEGA patterns and PEGA integrations
- Should have experience with the new Pega features like Pega Constellation and App studio
- Sound knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle
- Ability to learn quickly and work well in geographically distributed teams
- Knowledge on various PRPC concepts, PRPC flows, Ruleset, Assignments, Utilities, Decisions
Models by coordinating with Lead Developer/Architect.
- Should be conversant with Rule Types like UI, Correspondence, Integrations, Import & Export tools, Bulk processing

Availability needed till 10.30 PM IST for various scrum ceremonies during overlap hours. Since entire team will be working from offshore, individual should be willing to take accountability to stretch if in case there is a critical need.
