Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
PEGA Developer
to join our dynamic team to design, develop, and implement scalable PEGA applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
PEGA PRPC (v8.x and above)
, including the latest
PEGA Infinity (v8.8)
versions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex applications using PEGA PRPC.
  • Translate business requirements into functional application designs.
  • Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable PEGA solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices and guardrails.
  • Support PEGA platform upgrades – planning, impact assessment, and execution.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay up to date with PEGA Infinity & Cosmos UI features.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PEGA development.
  • PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC v8.x and higher.
  • Expertise in case management, data modeling, flows, activities, and integrations.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP services, OAuth/SAML authentication, and DevOps tools.
  • Solid understanding of PRPC features – Agents, Listeners, Decision Rules, Rule Resolution.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Experience with PEGA upgrade projects (version upgrades, compatibility, hotfix management).
  • Hands-on with PEGA Infinity (8.8 and above).
  • Familiarity with PEGA Deployment Manager & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • High attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environm
