**Architectural Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the architectural team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, MEP, Interior to integrate architectural solutions that meet business objectives.

**Design Development**:

- Oversee the conceptualization, design, and development of various commercial, Industrial and Mall Project, ensuring they align with the company's vision and brand identity.
- Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs ‘
- Preparing co ordinated Services and Interior RCP drawings

**Project Management**:

- Manage the entire architectural project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
- C ordination with Civil / Interior / MEP agencies.

**Code Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all designs comply with legal requirements and safety standards.

**Budget Oversight**:

- Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design integrity.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of architectural designs that meet or exceed industry standards.

**Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials, incorporating innovative ideas into design concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
