Furnace Operator

Report to assign work cell on time as per shift schedule.

Take charge from reliever about machine condition.

Collect Cut pieces from cutting shop as per work order for Rolling.

Collect the tooling of 3000T press, Rolling m/c, Coining press, and Stacker m/c from Die shop as per rolling plan for Rolling process. Then warm the die tools as per WO die warming slip.

Ensure availability of drawing, work instruction, process, quality Assurance plan, and tooling’s on shop floor.

Ensure all machine parameteras are as per mention in Work instruction and Quality Assurance Plan.

Carry out production where material travel from press to rolling then coining press and then after stacking of hot finish material to pallets.

Take the first piece inspection and fill the hot inspection report. This dimentionaly inspection would be carried out on first piece of every pallet.

If any non-conforming product found during production than stop production, take corrective measure and transfer non confirming product to specified location & dispose it off.

Do Cold inspection After cold inspection, Stapping all inspected flanges and put pallet Put the pallet card on stacked material. At end of shift, update Production report like produced qty, process down time in ABAS system. If any machine is under breakdown, then put the information (Maintenance Breakdown slip) in ABAS. Note down any abnormality of machine on daily record.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
