Social Media Executive

A Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing a company's or organization's online presence across various social media platforms. Their job responsibilities typically include the following:
## 1. **Content Creation and Curation**
- Develop and create engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to the company's brand, voice, and audience.
- Curate relevant content from other sources that can be shared on social media to engage the audience.
## 2. **Strategy Development**
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media efforts, such as engagement, reach, website traffic, or lead generation.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors' social media presence.
## 3. **Platform Management**
- Manage and maintain active social media profiles across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Monitor social media channels for messages, comments, and mentions, responding in a timely manner.
## 4. **Community Engagement**
- Foster engagement by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and joining conversations relevant to the brand.
- Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other relevant online communities.
- Monitor and manage the brand's reputation online by addressing any negative feedback or concerns.
## 5. **Analytics and Reporting**
- Track and measure social media metrics such as engagement rates, reach, clicks, conversions, and follower growth.
- Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns to determine what content resonates best with the audience.
- Prepare and present reports to management showing the results of social media efforts and campaigns.
## 6. **Paid Social Media Campaigns**
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI (return on investment).
- Monitor and optimize ad performance based on real-time analytics.
## 7. **Collaborating with Other Teams**
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, customer service, and public relations teams to ensure a consistent and unified brand message across all channels.
- Coordinate with the content creation team, graphic designers, and video producers to create high-quality posts.
- Support product launches, promotions, or special events by providing social media marketing support.
## 8. **Stay Updated on Trends**
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and emerging platforms.
- Stay informed about changes in algorithms, social media tools, and audience behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
## 9. **Crisis Management**
- Handle social media crises, including negative comments or public relations issues, with care and professionalism.
- Develop a crisis management plan for handling any unexpected negative situations on social media.
## 10. **Brand Consistency**
- Ensure that all social media content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines, voice, and tone.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across various platforms while tailoring content to each platform's strengths and audience.
## 11. **Influencer and Partnership Management**
- Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand ambassadors who align with the company’s values.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers or other brands for promotions and campaigns.
## 12. **Customer Service and Support**
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries or issues raised on social media platforms.
- Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer questions or complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
By managing these responsibilities, the Social Media Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the brand's presence online, fostering customer relationships, and supporting business objectives through digital engagement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
