- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Technical Requirements:

- Effective IT Troubleshooting Skills
- Ability to Support a user group of 1000+
- 2+ years’ experience with enterprise-level support
- CompTIA A+ Certification or comparable preferred
- Call Center/Help Desk experience preferred
- JIRA system experience a plus
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
