**Position**:Bar Supervisor
**Location**:Koregaon, Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- Staff management: Training, supervising, and rostering bar staff. This includes helping with hiring, assessing new staff skills, and representing staff needs to management.
- Inventory managing inventory: Placing stock orders, and conducting stock takes. This includes tracking inventory, wastage, and spoilage.
- Customer service : Providing outstanding customer service, handling customer complaints, and ensuring quality food.
- Bar operations: Opening and closing the bar, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring the bar is clean and tidy.
- Communication Promoting good communication with colleagues and other businesses, attending meetings, and ensuring employees are working towards company goals.
- Safety and health: Meeting and maintaining safety and health requirements.
- Other duties : Taking reservations, organizing seating, and supporting hospitality services and events.
