**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled **O&M Technician** with an ITI in Electrical or completion of the **Suryamitra Course**. The technician will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Ensure efficient operation of systems.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ITI in Electrical or Suryamitra Course certification.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergencies.
