**Experience**: 2-3yrs

**Shift Timings**:9am-6:30PM

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience with 2 - 3 years, as a Recruiter (either in-house or at a staffing agency).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress, etc.).
- Good technologies knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the company

Pay: ₹12,290.78 - ₹37,491.40 per month
