**Vendor Management**: Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- **Purchase Order Processing**: Creating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of order details, and processing them in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring inventory levels, identifying low stock situations, and initiating reorders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Cost Analysis**: Analyzing pricing and cost trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and implementing strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
- **Supplier Evaluation**: Evaluating supplier performance based on factors such as quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, and making recommendations for supplier selection or termination.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing procurement processes, such as ethical sourcing practices and legal requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of purchase transactions, contracts, and vendor communications, and preparing reports as needed for management review.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as inventory managers, finance teams, and department heads to understand procurement needs and priorities.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to purchase orders, deliveries, or invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities to streamline procurement processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall procurement performance.
- **Market Research**: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and emerging suppliers that could benefit the organization.
- **Budget Management**: Assisting in budget planning and monitoring expenditures related to procurement activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
