**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**

**_Stakeholder Collaboration_**_:_**_ Work with clients and operations to understand their reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs._**

**_ _**

**_Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Adv. Excel)._**

**_ _**

**_Reporting: Prepare and publish reports at specified intervals—daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly—to consistently track and analyze business performance and key metrics over time._**

**_ _**

**_Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies._**

**_ _**

**_Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in reports, performing data validation and troubleshooting as needed._**

**_ _**

**_Process Improvement_**_:_**_ Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality._**

**_ _**

**_Documentation: Ensure the ongoing upkeep of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)._**

**_ _**
- **_Ad hoc: Provide timely assistance for ad hoc requests as per the designated timeframe._**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**_Minimum Qualifications / Skills_**_ _**

**_Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant work experience._**

**_Experience: Hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field._**

**_ _**

**_ _**
- **_Knowledge of Power Bi and Advanced MS Excel with hands on experience._**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Knowledge of Data Consolidation, clean up & deriving insights._**

**_ _**

**_Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders. _**

**_Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting._**

**_ _**

**_Flexibility: Ability to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion._**

- **_Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which the organization operates, understanding key business processes._**
