- We're looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience. You should have expertise in Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Month end closing and reporting._
- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities._
- _Reporting & consolidations._
- _Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls_
- _Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements_
- _Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements_
- _Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries_
- _Review & Performing Month End Close activities_
- _Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations_
- _Handle monthly intercompany & FA/Lease Accounting process_
- _Resolution of Balancing Items_
- _Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)_
- _Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required_
- _Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _B. Com Graduate_
- _Excellent Reconciliation, Accounting & Reporting experience_
- _Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills._
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines._
- _Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or CA-Inter with 3-4 years of experience or CA/CPA with 0-1 years of experience_
- _Good interpersonal skills_
- _SME knowledge of accounting concepts_
