- In this role, we are seeking a highly skilled finance professional who will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing strategic financial insights and analysis. We are looking for dynamic finance experts with a passion for data-driven decision making._
- Responsibilities_
- _You are responsible for reconciliation of indirect taxation & Handle accounting as per US GAAP._
- _Preparation of monthly & annual sales & use tax returns and ensure timely filing & payment._
- _Preparation of prepayments as per state wise applicability for sales and Use Tax._
- _Preparation of monthly journal entry, reconciliations and other month end close activities._
- _Regular client interaction, meeting their expectation as per agreed SLA’s._
- _Prepare and review indirect tax filing calendar._
- _Coordinate with various departments, onshore team, and auditors._
- _Monitor changes in tax legislation, computation and accurately communicate those changes and recommendations to the team._
- _Identify various improvement opportunities, & regular team connect._
- _You are responsible to ensure Adhoc Tax requests/queries are answered well in time and lead MIS Tax Schedules & Tax accounting_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Significant experience (Min 6 years) US tax reporting, tax compliance & filing of tax returns._
- _Working knowledge of US Indirect tax laws._
- _Strong command over Excel._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _US Indirect tax experience is a plus._
- _Knowledge of SAP & Blackline is added advantage._
- _Encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a dynamic/ fast paced business environment while being a good team leader/ player._
