**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADOVOCATE**

Drafting and vetting of all litigation and Non litigation Documents.

Assisting to external panel advocate/solicitor regarding the court matters.

Assisting and Co-ordinate in drafting all the legal Deeds and Documents (i.e. Joint Venture Agreements, Development Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Sale Deeds, Undertakings, Affidavits, Leave and License Agreements, etc.)

Attending/appearing before court/revenue authority etc. on behalf of company.

Give legal opinions in all company matters, etc.

To verify the title of land or property.

Drafting and issuing Public Notice for title verification.

Appearing before Talathi and Tahsildar in revenue matters.

Meeting with Officer of Police regarding companies matter.

To solve the legal queries of the Banker’s Advocate for sanctioning of APF/Individual Home Loan.

To prepare and Issue the Builder NOC, Demand Letters, Allotment Letters, Declarations, Possession Letters, etc.

Meeting with customers regarding their legal issues and follow ups with site person regarding payment dues.

Prepare file regarding society formation, conveyance etc.

Should be aware of RERA Act and Environment Act and its provisions. Able to register new project and update time to time as reqd.

**JOB SKILLS FOR ADOVOCATE**

Good Communication in Marathi, Good Land and Construction field work knowledge,

Advocate Qualifications:

- Minimum-LLB or its Equivalent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
