**‍** **The role**:
Headout is looking for an Associate, Catalog Operations who is capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for all operational nuances of launching an experience onto Headout, improving the pace of these launches, and maintaining the overall quality of experiences to Headout's standards. Given the ever-evolving nature of our business, it is critical that you are able to learn independently and seek out & evaluate new ideas to bring back to the organisation.

- **Process-Driven.** You should be incredibly process-driven with a high level of attention to detail, and be able to work with various internal tools.
- **Ownership.** As a Catalog Operations Associate, you will be responsible for all operational nuances of launching an experience onto Headout, improving the pace of these launches, and maintaining the overall quality of experiences to Headout's standards.
- **Autonomy.** Given the ever-evolving nature of our business, it is critical that you are able to learn independently and seek out & evaluate new ideas to bring back to the organization.
- **Continuous improvement.** You will be responsible for improving the Catalog quality metric, ensuring a high standard of information on the Headout catalog.
- **Collaboration.** Coordinate and provide support to Headout's supply partners to accurately reflect their experience related information on Headout. You should be comfortable liaising with your team leads and product team to suggest improvements that would drive operational efficiencies of the catalog team members.

**What skills & experience do you need?**:

- **Work experience.**1-3 years of work experience in an operations role, with experience working with internal systems and/or SaaS tools
- **Attention to Quality.** Ability to drive continuous improvement through root cause identification while being able to multitask & prioritise
- **Communication.** Good written communication & comfortable with google sheets
