**Job Description: Middle TGT Computer Science Teacher**

**Position**: Middle TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) - Computer Science
**Location**: Harsha International Public School
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reporting To**: Principal

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging computer science lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach programming languages such as Python, Scratch, or Java (as per school requirements).
- Introduce students to fundamental computer science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and basic networking.
- Guide students in practical learning through hands-on coding exercises and projects.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through computational activities.
- Integrate technology into lessons to enhance interactive learning.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
- Provide individualized support to students to ensure understanding and growth.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and incorporate them into teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to curriculum development.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, competitions, and IT-related projects.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and educational standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience in computer science at the middle school level.
- Proficiency in programming languages and educational technology tools.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, and cloud computing.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital classroom tools.
- Ability to design creative coding projects and problem-solving activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
