**JJob Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Foster the development of reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, including Hindi debate, poetry recitations, and cultural programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support student success.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Stay updated with modern teaching strategies, technologies, and educational best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s & Maters in Hindi or equivalent with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Proven experience teaching Hindi at the middle or high school level preferred.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and digital platforms.

**Desirable Qualities**
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
- Creative and innovative approach to language instruction.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
