**Job Description: Primary Hindi Teacher**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Develop students' language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Use creative teaching methods, storytelling, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to monitor student progress.
- Encourage students' participation through discussions, group activities, and presentations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for holistic student development.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain records of students' performance and report progress to parents and school administration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a Hindi teacher in a primary school is an advantage.
- **Language Proficiency**: Strong command of Hindi (spoken and written). Knowledge of English is beneficial.
- **Teaching Skills**: Ability to use innovative teaching techniques and classroom management strategies.
- **Soft Skills**: Patience, creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching young learners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE/IB or other relevant curricula.
- Ability to create a student-friendly and interactive learning environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
