**Your Credentials**:

- Bring at least 3 years of Visual Communication Design experience to the table.
- Show off your skills by letting us know you've worked your design magic for an agency or another cool D2C brand.

**Smarty Pants**:

- Graduate in Design from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 University? Perfect. We like our designers with a side of smarty pants.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficient in the ways of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Your portfolio is not just a bunch of designs - it's a story of your creative journey.
- Excellent communicator - you speak designer, marketer, and team player fluently.
- Thrives in the fast lane and can juggle design projects like a pro.
- Innovation is your middle name, and attention to detail is your best friend.

**Application Process**:
**Round 1**: 30 Minute Interview with HR to understand your background & skillset.
**Round 2**: Portfolio Review & Interview with Marketing Head. This round will also include an assignment brief which you will need to submit within 7 days of briefing.
**Round 3**: Assignment Review & Brief Intro with Founder & Marketing Head followed by CTC discussion & closure.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
