# Are you a UI/UX Designer?

This is not a usual job description where after reading the roles and responsibilities you are still unclear about the work you’ll be doing and how your contributions will impact the customers.

We’re looking for a bright, talented Designer who is passionate about impactful brand experiences and knows how to make them happen. We are building a future-ready sales engagement platform and you'll be a key contributor, who will create and maintain a long-lasting brand design across various mediums including the website, social media channels, and other brand collateral materials.

# What you will be doing?
- You'll create landing pages with new features and optimize the existing page's design to drive more visitors.
- You'll design conceptual visuals, including marketing collaterals, social media content, and explanatory infographics.
- You'll be responsible for effectively communicating the art direction, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience, and delivering compelling story-driven designs in a timely and efficient manner.
- You'll create/edit product demos and other informative videos.

# You Should...
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in a Graphics or Visual Design role, working in a tech company is a plus.
- Have proven experience in designing landing pages, infographics, social media and motion graphics.
- Be an ideal team player, who is self-motivated and flexible to the challenges of designing amazing brand experiences.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and good in oral and written communication.
- Have demonstrable proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects
- Have the ability to explain WHY
- Be very strong in articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases.
- Be Flexible to constantly iterate.
- Be very granular with an “eye for detail”.
- Be “customer-obsessed”
- Have a keen interest in the user experience.
