**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze system performance using tools such as New Relic and AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using LoadRunner to simulate various user loads and scenarios.
- Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in real-time to ensure mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks related to performance testing and monitoring.
- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that performance testing aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Participate in performance review meetings and provide insights on system behavior under different load conditions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve testing processes.
- Contribute to the development of performance testing strategies and frameworks to support ongoing and future projects.
- Document performance testing procedures results and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in New Relic Python AppDynamics Java and LoadRunner.
- Have domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management understanding the specific performance requirements of this sector.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline performance testing processes.
- Have a proactive approach to monitoring and optimizing system performance.
- Be capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and techniques.
- Display attention to detail in documenting performance testing procedures and results.
